1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ProposalCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProposalCraft is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered proposal generation, lead analysis, and related tools for freelancers and agencies. The Service includes a web application and a Chrome browser extension.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free trial: 7 days, 10 proposals per month, no credit card required.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • Add-on proposal packs do not expire and are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (proposals, templates, etc.).
  • ProposalCraft retains all rights to the Service, its code, design, and branding.
  • AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing before use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
